RIMINI – Italy's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Antonio Tajani, urged for a renewal of hope for Lebanon amidst its multidimensional crisis. The call was made during a crucial discussion titled 'Hope to be Rebuilt in the Land of Cedars' at the grand 2026 Meeting for Friendship Amongst Peoples in Rimini. This gathering underscored international commitment to support the stability and recovery of the nation often called the 'Land of Cedars'.
The panel discussion, a central agenda item at the Rimini Meeting, featured various international figures and diplomats. They convened to delve deeply into the complex challenges facing Lebanon, ranging from economic turmoil, political instability, to the ongoing impact of the refugee crisis.
