This diplomatic proposition emerged during Zelensky's exclusive interview with international media outlet DW, amidst reports of escalating reciprocal air raids that continue to rock Ukrainian territory, killing one person and injuring another in Kryvyj.
Zelensky affirmed his readiness to confront the Kremlin leader directly, stating emphatically, 'I will be there if he also attends.' This statement marks a new step in Kyiv's efforts to find a peaceful solution, even as the protracted conflict enters its third year and diplomatic channels have frequently reached impasses.
