MOSCOW — The Kremlin has launched a sharp critique against the United States, accusing Washington of implementing contradictory policies in the Ukrainian conflict. The latest statement from Moscow asserts that the United States is actively arming Kyiv with Patriot missile systems, while simultaneously expressing a desire to contribute to peace.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, in a press conference in early July 2026, highlighted a 'dual situation' in Washington.
